My Top 3 Priorities
I believe it is critical to maintain a liveable Sunnyvale by limiting unbridled growth and gentrification.
I will work to ensure that the City does not spend an estimated $400 million dollars with $150 million in debt on a new City Hall. We can refurbish the existing City Hall.
I will propose a new city ordinance that requires large new developments to pay a developer fee which will cover the cost of Police and Fire services to ensure that our current level of city services can be maintained.
