Terry and Mary Hines have lived in and owned their home since 2007 in District 1 of Campbell. Mary and Terry met in Evanston, IL and married in 1979 with Christopher arriving in 1982 in Marshalltown, IA and Lindsey arriving in 1983 in Mountain View, CA. Christopher and his wife Amanda, have just recently relocated to San Diego from Houston, TX. Lindsey and her husband Noah, live in Fremont with their two children Alana (2) and Nolan (<1).
Commissioner Hines has served on the City of Campbell Planning Commission since December 2018. Mr. Hines is co-founder, sole owner, and CEO of NovaTech Services, Inc. NovaTech is a Campbell Chamber of Commerce member and located in Campbell. NovaTech provides cloud computing and IT outsourcing services to numerous businesses in the area. Terry has many years of experience in developing, managing, and brokering computing solutions for businesses. Mr. Hines has led NovaTech Services for several years, to become a premier IT service provider with numerous and diverse customer relationships. Prior to NovaTech, Mr. Hines worked at Hewlett-Packard in the capacity of executive account management for Fortune 50 companies. Joining HP as a software engineer, his other roles included Sales Director for joint venture in data center outsourcing, managing IT services, and procurement management.
Mr. Hines received his M.S. from the University of Nebraska and his B.A. from Ripon College, WI. Mr. Hines has enjoyed living both in Silicon Valley and the Chicago area with his wife and two children.
