My Top 3 Priorities

  • A Just Pandemic Recovery. Stop evictions by expanding our rent and mortgage relief program. Protect our small businesses by offering them loans, grants, and investments.
  • End the Housing Crisis. Permit more high density, transit-oriented development especially in East Whisman and North Bayshore. Champion building public and private housing. Win the strongest renter protections possible. Rent control for mobile homes.
  • Police and Budget Reform. Fix our racially imbalanced police arrest record by shifting functions such as traffic and code enforcement to civilians. Direct city staff to bring our runaway police budget in line with peer cities in Santa Clara County.
