My Top 3 Priorities

  • water for communities and agriccculture, preserve/ protect groundwater, equitably allocate surface water, build infrastructure
  • Increased access to health care for disadvantaged and rural communities, more mental health and reproductive heath providers for the valley
  • do our part to clean up the environment with "solar" everywhere, non-polluting creative acreage fallowing, electricvehicles and charging stations

repair irrigation canals, increase water storage capacity, subsidize fallowing acreage to elinminate dust and encourage wildlife/pasture/tree farms, protect groundwater and assure clean water for all communities, greywater technologies for homes and business

Describe what proposal(s) you would support to alleviate the shortage of affordable housing for middle and low income people in California?

Update zoning and construction regulations to allow for increasede density in residential neighborhoods, conversion of vacsnt commercisalspace to low-income snf moderste housing, increased State funding to communities and non-profitd to buld and rehabiliatate housing

What programs or strategies would you suggest to meet the educational needs of young, low-income Californians?

Laptops and wii-fi  for all students, subsidize prospective teachers, parent education, universal pre-school
