Billy Earley was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles. Billy studied Castellano and he is one of few Black Americans in the state of California that can read, write, and speak Spanish fluently. Billy was the first American Black Physician Assistant to own and run a 100% Physician Assistant owned corporation in the state of California - Clinica Medica Familiar. Billy was a Congressional Briefing Panelist in Washington DC on DOJ Corruption. Billy sued the former Governor of California for corruption and abuse of power after DOJ and Medical Board Police illegally spied, survielled, lied, and planted moles and confidential informants into Billy's clinic to Destroy American Black Owned Businesses in California (similar to the Russian Hoaxs against President Donald Trump). Billy is a National Adviser for Black Doctors Matter, National Adviser American Pain Institute, Advocate for World Sickle Cell Federation, a proud father of five and husband. 

The far left Democrats are pushing the United Nations Agenda 21, backed by China and other communist countries. California is ground Zero for Agenda 21, aka, The New World Order. "One World Government, No Middle Class, and One Currency." The Democratic National Socialist Party and the Globalist have taken over key US Government Institutions and the TROJAN HORSE is very real.
