My Top 3 Priorities
Creating and implementing an effective and meaningful plan to end California's growing homeless crisis.
Passing legislation to encourage and promote small and large businesses. Through this, more jobs will be created and the economy of the district will flourish.
Safety-both in our community and in our schools. We cannot afford more tragedies in our country. "Gun control" is not an effective solution.

Biography
Johnny’s parents ran away from the oppressive Soviet Stalinist government in the mid 1930’s-traversing through two countries before settling in one of the original Thirteen Colonies, New Jersey, during WWII. They left tyranny with liberty in mind to live the American Dream. In the early 60’s, they moved to Southern California. Johnny was no stranger to hard work. He started working at the age of eleven and, over the years, fell in love with politics. He founded a successful California-based seafood distribution and processing company at the age of 19. At its peak, the company had $60 million in sales and was known as “The Tiffany’s of the Seafood Industry.” Johnny campaigned representing the Seafood Industry and the American–Armenian Community for the Great President Ronald Reagan. He decided to run for Congress after watching the Democratic Party destroy this once-Golden State by essentially turning it into a one-party socialist system. His goal is to bring back real conservatism to Southern California.

Biography
Christian Daly is a California native, born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. After receiving his Associate of Arts and Associate of Science in Journalism from Pasadena City College, Daly continued his education at the University of Southern California, graduating with honors with his Bachelor of Arts in English, with a specialty in poetry.[1] Upon graduating from USC, he lived a short time in Paris, where he studied and wrote poetry. After returning to the United States, Daly gave back to his community through the College Youth Network to help young people attend college — an experience which ultimately inspired him to transition to a career of service in the public sector. While pursuing his Master’s of Public Policy from Pepperdine University, he served as a District Representative for the 62nd California State Assembly District. After graduating with honors with a specialty in state and local policy and international relations, he went on to work for the County of Los Angeles, and spent his most recent years as a Deputy Supervisor for the Fifth Supervisorial District of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. He represented the County and advocated for residents in nine communities in the San Gabriel Valley. Daly has a passion for helping people and strives to be a bridge to resources that change people’s lives. This passion led him to be of greater service to the community and the nation by running for office — namely the U.S. House of Representatives, California’s 27th Congressional District.

Political Beliefs
Political Philosophy
I am an independent, registered to vote in California as "No Party Preference." I believe that public service should be nonpartisan and that the focus should always remain on the communities that are being represented. Unfortunately, this is not the common belief held within our nation's Capitol and the partisan divide stretches from Washington D.C. to arguments at our own dining room tables. When party politics get in the way, progress stalls and communities suffer. As an independent, I will work for the people and not for a party. I will help heal this divide and work with Democrats and Republicans, but continue with my focus on the communities I will serve to bring much needed solutions to the households around our nation.
