My Top 3 Priorities
- Comprehensive health coverage -- as a health care professional, I see the waste inherent in a private health insurance model on a daily basis. I support a single payer system with benefits expanded to comprehensive coverage.
- Free and fair elections -- no one should need millions of dollars to run for office, and elected officials shouldn't pay special attention to wealthier donors and groups. I support reforms that reach the one-person-one-vote goal.
- Improving the democratic process -- voting should be easy and voter information highly available and accessible to as many people as possible.
