My Top 3 Priorities

  • Deliver the best quality water at the lowest possible price by bringing efficiencies
  • Stop the wasteful spending like giving Executives lifetime health benefits
  • Prevent the Board Members from giving themselves pay raises

First of all, I am profundly in love with OUR Country, the United States of America.

I grew up in Tijuana with very Traditional values, civic minded and vey Patriotic as well. I am bilingual with Spanish being the primary language we speak at home.

I am very concerned at the direction our County, State and Country are headed. Out of control spending and printing money, as well as poor decisions on Oil have delivered Inflation levels we haven't seen since the late 70's/early 80's.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

America is by far the best country in the world due in part to 2 documents: The Declaration of Independence & Our Constitution.

As a practicing Catholic I agree 100% with the Declaration of Independence that all Men are Created Equal, and that we are created as brothers and sisters in the image of God.

I consider myself a Constitutional Conservative. Constitutional because I view the Constitutinal as an Enduring document to be interpreted with the Original intent of the words and we have the Federalist Papers as a great reference.  Conservative because I grew up with Traditional Catholic values that were reinforced in my Catholic School (k-12th), there's only 2 genders (Male & Female), Marriage is a Holy Sacrament between One Man & One Woman, 100% Pro Life.
