Huntington Park,
I am a resident of the city of
Huntington Park since 1975
However, I am not only a resident of
many years, but I am also homeowner
And proud of our beautiful city.
I attended Miles Elementary School,
Henry T. Gage Middle School and also to
the Huntington Park High School and
my children also
My parents and grandparents are native
from Nochistlan, Zacatecas Mexico
A humble, honest family,
hardworking, with excellent morals,
integrity and good principles.
My brothers and I, we learned to work
at a young age to help our parents
who came to the United States as
Mexican workers, and worked in fields
farms in the San Joaquin Valley.
And we proudly support our city, and
we are business owners and employees
of the government. My Oldest son is a
sergeant in the US Army and served in Iraq
My sister works as a sheriff in the
riverside county.
I am the Vice President of the Fraternal
Order of Eagles in South Gate
which is a non-charitable organization
where I am part of a committee
organizing and fund-raising for
Cancer awareness for the City of Hope
I am an active volunteer For The Child.
Organization dedicated to building healthy
lives for children and families.
After the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York,
I volunteered to assist the New York
Firefighters in the"Seek and Rescue"
team to search for survivors.
And I am also an advocate for Animals.
