Pam Moss started her real estate career in the title insurance industry. She quickly rose to national sales manager at a major national title company. She established the marketing meetings for Orange County Association of Real Estate Investment Brokers and the Southern California Real Estate Exchange Meetings.
Pam also taught continuing Education for Real Estate Brokers and Accountants the Certified Commercial Investment Brokers – Investment Analysis courses at Orange Coast College. At the same time completing the course work for the MAI appraisal Institute certification. Choosing instead to continue in the real estate industry. She has certifications in investment, exchange and probate.
Pam established an independent real estate brokerage in Orange County. Representing clients in the acquisition and sale of both homes and investments. She successfully closed a number of complicated real estate 1031exchanges and syndications. Overseeing every detail of the transaction from assistance in providing the best choices for financing, escrow, title and inspections; communicating status through the process always making the client and their Number One.
Her experience in agricultural uses and land development is key to serving the client properly. There are unique aspects to selling these types of properties. Knowing where to find the information and provide it to the client regarding zoning, land use requirements, water, easements, encroachments, CCR’s, road maintenance agreements are all critical to providing the client with the best outcome.
