Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I consider myself a moderate in most political matters and a historical traditionalist on topics of faith and moral conscience.  We certainly need a wise efficient government, as small as possible of course, but especially one that enables economic stability, infrastructure sustainability, and significant freedom of conscience of and by citizens and organizations.

Position Papers

Government Revenue

Limit use of and shorten terms of Bonds.

We cannot justifiably tax beyond our basic governmental needs nor borrow beyond our ability to pay off those loans within 15 years.  A 30-year bond steals half our taxes as interest.  We lose half such taxpayer money better deployed to the voted purpose.
