My Top 3 Priorities

  • Education, working to educate the public on how our democratic systems work, pulling back the curtain, encouraging more grassroots movements, inviting new faces to run.
  • Inclusivity, ensuring that anyone who wants a seat at the table gets one, and if they don't have a seat, acting as an ally, using my voice to amplify the voices of often marginalized populations.
  • Equity, ensuring that all of our democratic spaces are truly open and safe spaces for women, people of color, LGBTQ+ folks.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

Democracy is not a spectator sport. I'm done watching. That's why I am running for the Democratic Central Committee Representing Assembly District 16 in Alameda County (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin). The Democratic Central Committee is the governing body of the Democratic Party. My goal is to use this opportunity to learn a ton about how my party works and share EVERYTHING with anyone who wants to know. My thought? When we take the mystery out of politics, more people will get involved. More women. More people of color. More LGBTQ identified people. A more diverse and accurate representation of our democracy in our political system can only be a good thing.
