My Top 3 Priorities

  • Affordable housing - this is a serious issue in Novato and all of Marin County - our children, young families, and aging seniors cannot afford to rent here. We need to prioritize supporting affordable housing development in all districts of our city
  • Economic resilience - we need to balance our budget now and for the future by finding ways to keep our current businesses and attract more, to provide employment opportunities and revenues to the city. We need to build a a strong financial base.
  • Public safety - climate change is real, and provides real threats to our community in terms of fire safety and rising sea levels - particularly critical at Hamilton where many homes are at or below sea level. Education, and preparation are essential
