Ensure MCOE support for local districts and their teachers by hosting local educational and classroom management workshops, offering teachers mentoring support, and working to reduce student absenteeism
Work with local districts in "Differentiated Assistance" to remedy low achievement of students whose disabilities range from mild learning deficits to severe physical and emotional handicaps.
Advocate for programs and policies that will attract new qualified teachers to Mendocino County schools
