My Top 3 Priorities
One priority is to ensure that the hospital is financially sustainable
A second priority is to not lose sight of the fact that we must be making plans for a new hospital. We will hold frequent public meetings to get the public’s input as we develop the strategic plan for the future.
Perhaps our top priority, because all the other priorities depend upon it, is to create a collegial and respectful culture at the hospital.
