- Housing: especially affordable rental housing. The construction of housing in already properly zoned land for residential homes.
- Fire safety: The safety of residents in fire danger areas is paramount to the citizens of Ukiah.
- To defend our general plan as well as the Ukiah Valley Area Plan.
