We need to improve court business processes, increase outreach , civic education, leverage technnology and ensure that our court system is adequately funded.
Yes, it should be reform. I recommend that the bail system be modified to allow defendants to be release to their own recognizant while awaiting trial where it appears they would be able to return to court
