As a thirty year West Covina resident and current Councilmember, I am committed to building our community into a city we can be proud of. For the past two years, I have worked hard to deliver my campaign promises. Together, we created the Shop Local After School Program, student performances at The Lakes Square, expanded the Internship Program, the Senior Citizens Bill of Rights, removed fire hazard overgrown trees and brushes, attracted new businesses and development, and much more. I truly believe that our work has only begun, and our future depends on us continuing to fight to make West Covina a safe, prosperous and vibrant city.
My mission for our city’s success:
- Balanced City: Balance the budget by managing the out-of-control expenditures once and for all.
- Safe City: Increase the number of police officers and firefighters to ensure our neighborhoods are protected.
- Prosperous City: Continue to promote and generate new revenue to pay for city services by attracting businesses and development.
- Vibrant City: Integrate cultural arts in our community to foster sound education and a vibrant city.
- Proud City: Brand our city as a top cultural destination filled with shopping and entertainment.
Vote Tony Wu, November 6th, let’s finish what we started!
