Summary

David W. Pittman vision and purpose as elected Oroville City Councilman 

A longtime advocate for Oroville, again I would be honored to serve as your City Council representative. As a born and raised native, it has been my privilege serving as your voice for the needs of our local government with innovation, efficient and effective government. 

 

I value public participation with open communication, public safety, quality of life, economic development for existing business and encouragement of new business opportunities. 

 

I have and will strive to achieve goals to see that Oroville in 2025 can boast of a City where families enjoy a high quality of life. An Oroville with thriving downtown core, traffic moving smoothly, clean air, open spaces, growing business environment, job opportunities and encouraging business prosperity for all. An Oroville with expanding unique museums, city parks, theaters, recreation, culture and family enjoyment.

 

 

Public Safety is my background and I will strive to apply policies providing the highest level of citizen protection, safety, personal comfort and community service. My vision for Oroville is to be a place that you, your family, grandchildren and friends will be proud to call home.
