As a resident and customer of Moulton Niguel since 1988, My commitment as a Director at Moulton Niguel Water District is based on decades of respect for the high quality of life and health that we have achieved thus far, with a continued goal of preserving and enhancing our communities.
Currently serving as a Director of the Moulton Niguel Water District, I am fortunate to work with a diverse group of professionals who take great pride in providing safe, clean reliable water and excellent customer service. As Directors, we take our relationships with customers seriously, and actively participate in developing and implementing education programs in the community.
Based on the strength of my professional background, interest in local water and infrastructure issues, and long-term community service and leadership in the District, I was appointed unanimously by my colleagues on January 14th, 2021, to the Board of Directors.
As the founder of a national attorney search firm, Rifkin Consulting, I provide more than 30 years of experience in the legal, attorney recruiting and public relations sectors. My legal background, human resources experience and detail-oriented approach, along with a passion for bringing parties together to achieve results…has resulted in being able to bring that same level of commitment representing Moulton Niguel customers and important community efforts.
