As a financial forecaster, Lily is uniquely positioned to evaluate proposals that address pressing issues, such as rising costs of imported water and infrastructure improvements. As an experienced board member, she will support good governance and serve residents through her commitment to ensuring the supply of safe, affordable and reliable water.
