My Top 3 Priorities

  • Provide safe, clean water
  • Ensure affordable water
  • Secure reliable water service

Harvard Business School MBA (2009)
UC Berkeley BA (2004)

Born and raised in Mission Viejo, Lily now lives in Aliso Viejo with her husband and 2-year-old daughter. She graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. Lily’s career began in public policy, and she currently runs a strategy consulting firm. She has served on nonprofit boards including the Friends of the Aliso Viejo Library.

Lily is passionate about water and conserving natural resources. She grew up hiking coastal wildlife refuges and learning about protecting local ecosystems. Lily participated in the Moulton Niguel Water District (MNWD) NatureScape program to plant a native garden that significantly improved her household water efficiency and brought butterflies to her backyard. The NatureScape program also inspired her to seek more opportunities to give back to the community.

Lily’s education, professional experience and dedication to conservation make her an ideal candidate for MNWD Director. As a financial forecaster, Lily is uniquely positioned to evaluate proposals that address pressing issues, such as rising costs of imported water and infrastructure improvements. As an experienced board member, she will support good governance and serve residents through her commitment to ensuring the supply of safe, affordable and reliable water.
