Business Owner / Assemblymember

I Support: Strong Public Safety policies keeping our communities safe, Job Creation for working families and businesses, Reliable Water for our economy, families and farms, and Strong Education for success

I Mean Business and Jobs. A small businessowner for 22 years, I understand the impact of unfair government regulations, taxes and fees. That is why I have a “A” Rating by the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association.

Education dollars should be spent in the classroom to help teachers do their job and students succeed – not on bureaucrats. School choice and competition benefit our students.

Proven Record: As your State Assemblymember and a former city councilmember in Escondido, I support a balanced budget, recreation programs and water affordability. Water storage, desalinization and reclamation are critical for a sustainable, clean water supply.

As a parent, I’m concerned about our childrens’ future. I stand to protect our traditional family values, individual liberties and our veterans for benefits, housing and healthcare. I have been a strong advocate in Sacramento for creating access to innovative health solutions that are affordable for our residents. Keeping our communities safe in this uncertain world is priority one and I support our public safety personnel and the requirement that they have the tools they need.

Active over 25 years in our community, supporting many local civic organizations, including the Boy Scouts, Little League and YMCA. My husband and I work to create the successful “Cruisin’ Grand” hotrod event in downtown Escondido for the past 17 years.
