Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

This is supposed to be a government by and for the people, but the process to get on the ballot is so complicated and expensive you can't even access our political system unless you're already rich. If you're rich you have very little incentive to see systemic change since you're already on top. If anything, you would want to make things easier for people like you. We all know the problems facing california- homelessness, wildfires, drought, cost of living, inequality- but until regular people are able to hold office we are unlikely to see much change.
