- Ethical 21st Century Policing to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Go away from the Warrior Mentality to that of a Guardian
- Community Advisory Boards, South, North, and Coastal. This will allow me to meet with the Advisory Boards to discuss the concerns, challenges, and needs of each community. The communities deserve to have a voice.
