My Top 3 Priorities

  • Public Safety = lock the prison cells back up, support law enforcement, set cash bail again, support policies which let criminals know that crime does not pay again.
  • Protecting Parents and Children from Government Overreach (including requiring parental consent before teaching any sexually explicit topics to our youngest children and preventing schools from indoctrinating children against America.)
  • Dealing with the homelessness epidemic head on - moving the homeless off our streets and out of our neighborhoods to secure facilities with mental health care and drug counseling.

Biography

 

·         Eric is the Managing Partner and co-owner of nationally recognized law firm Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae, LLP.

 

·         Eric was the Lead Counsel for California Patriot Coalition – Recall Governor Gavin Newsom.  

 

·         Eric is outside counsel for One America News Network.

 

·         Eric represents all of the largest title insurance companies in the nation.

 

·         Eric was lead counsel successfully defending scores of people in California and Nevada against fraudsters attempting to steal their homes.

 

·         Eric is the "America First" candidate in this race.

 

·         Eric was the official Republican candidate against Adam Schiff for Congress in the 2020 election cycle and beat 6 other candidates in the Primary to take on Schiff head-to-head in the General Election.

 

·         Eric has been included in U.S. News’ “Best Attorneys in America” four years running.

 

·         Eric has been named as a Southern California Super Lawyer for the past 16 years.

 

·         As lead counsel for Plaintiff Fair Education Santa Barbara, Eric brought the first lawsuit in the country four years ago to fight Critical Race Theory/the Marxist Indoctrination of students in the Santa Barbara Unified School District. This lead to the termination of the District’s Superintendent and the disclosure of the school district’s indoctrination materials to all the people of Santa Barbara County. 

 

 

·         Eric is the son of U.S. Marine Combat Veteran who fought in North Korea during the Korean War and returned with a Purple Heart.  Eric says, “If my dad were still alive today he would be shocked at what has become of our country.” 

 

·         Eric is married to a Registered Nurse and Navy Brat. Together they have 4 kids (one of whom is enlisted in the Navy and presently stationed on an aircraft carrier), 3 dogs and a cat.  Eric’s nephew is a recent graduate of West Point.

 

·         Eric is the host of “The Eric Early Show”, heard every Friday live at 7 PM on KABC AM 790.

 

·         Eric is a candidate in this race who has never received a weekly government paycheck.

Eric supports limited government, lower taxes, law and order, our brave men and women of law enforcement, our Second Amendment rights, and the need to fight against the evil ongoing far left socialiest and woke efforts to destroy our nation.  Eric believes that transgender atheletes do not belong in girl's and women's sports.  Eric is the America First candidate in this race.
