My Top 3 Priorities

  • I will bring modern technologies and efficiencies to the office which will allow us to better serve the taxpayers of Kern County in a more open and transparent manner.
  • I will also continue to push great customer service as a priority. I will foster innovation and the evolution of staff by inviting them into the conversation around change.
  • I will continue to be a stanch defender of proposition 13 and a trusted taxpayer advocate. You will always find me committed to the kern county taxpayer while abiding by the numerous and complicated tax laws.

Biography

I was raised here in Kern County, have established my career here, I am a proud mother of 3 beautiful children and wife of 20 years! I am patron of St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton where I teach religious education.

I have been with the Assessor's office for over 15 years. I started my career as a low-level appraiser and have worked my way up to be appointed as the current Assistant Assessor. As the Assistant Assessor I run the day-to-day operations of the office and manage the 87 employees we currently have in our office.
