My Top 3 Priorities

  • Stop Overdevelopment: Fight back against the State with the new zoning mandates on housing densities. Maintain local control.
  • Revitalization done right! Include community input on development projects and prevent “Concrete Canyon” developments. Ensure developments are approved and built within zoning restrictions.
  • Transparent & resident-friendly government, including online progress tracking of projects and proposals, and online reporting of City government activity. Build and enhance pedestrian and bicycle safety. Build out the South Bay Bicycle Master plan.
