My Top 3 Priorities
- Product line profitability study. For example, protect water ratepayers by developing Tuolumne brand of bottled water for significant additional revenues. Both Spring water and treated water.
- Protect TUD Ratepayers. Acquire from PG&E pre-1914 water rights and water system, including Pinecrest and Lyons dams. Consequences: Out of state investors could seriously adversely control our destiny..
- Finance: 1. Refinance bonds and debts while interest rates are at historic lows. 2. Seek low interest funding to upgrade infrastructure 3. Major review to determine condition of equipment and infrastructure (pipes, etc.)
