Biography

I have a degree in psychology from BYU. I am a mother of 5 children, one who is severely handicapped and one who has autism. I have been an advocate for all my children and an active volunteer at my kids' schools. I have served as a volunteer in the classroom, a homeroom mom, running fundraisers, and as a treasurer of a PTA.  I have been a member of the Soulsbyville School Board for 13years.  I have seen this school through many troubled and good times.  Our board has a countywide reputation of being a respectful, concerned, caring and non-contentious board; I have helped create this cooperative environment. I believe in Soulsbyville and am deeply committed to serving this school and all its students, staff and community.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I feel there are good qualities of both of the two main policial parties today, but I can't say I agree with every thing either party says or believes.  I believe in moderation, consideration of facts and thinking for myself, not voting down party lines.
