My Top 3 Priorities

  • Public Safety - We have rebuilt our Community Service Officer program which has reduced response times and lowered total crimes 3 years in a row. We still need 20 more officers to have a fully-staffed police department. I am committed to that goal.
  • Economic Development - I will continue to fight for businesses in Redding. After making historic reductions to city fees, we are seeing record investment citywide and I want to continue that momentum.
  • Housing/Homeless - Housing and homelessness continue to be a critical issue. We have 550 affordable housing units in development today, with over 150 completed by the end of the year. I will continue to support solutions to help with homelessness.
