My Top 3 Priorities
Educational Excellence: Confronting the education gap by admitting disparity problems, customizing learning to the needs of each student, & leveraging all community resources with urgency; in pursuit of Educational Excellence.
Community Sustainability: Consult on difficult budget decisions to achieve financial solvency given CUSD’s critical cash flow crisis, understanding the biggest driver of community sustainability comes from Cabrillo Staff living locally on the Coast.
Evolve beyond New Normal: Thinking outside the box while using COVID-19 as the catalyst needed to evolve CUSD beyond the “New Normal” & into an acclaimed institution as cherished as our Coastside community.
