My Top 3 Priorities
- Housing affordability - I have been endorsed by the Pro-Housing group, Peninsula for Everyone, and stand for bold policies to meet the housing needs in our area. This especially pertains to our essential workers and public servants.
- Combating the climate crisis - I support the efforts of the City to create a comprehensive climate plan, but I believe the moment calls for greater urgency, especially when we know of measures that can have a great impact (e.g. Reach codes).
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion - We have a racial justice problem in our country, and governments at all levels need to prioritize making their communities welcoming to all people. San Carlos needs policies to lift up underserved communities.
