My Top 3 Priorities

  • Equitable learning by highlighting community needs through conversation and collaboration
  • Effective communication and dialogue between Reed Union School District and families
  • Ensure collaboration, trust and a community investment in RUSD

My name is Jacqueline Jaffee. My husband and I have been a part of the Reed Union School District since our oldest started kindergarten at Reed in 2012. I have an eighth grader at Del Mar Middle School, a fifth grader at Bel Aire Elementary and a second grader at Reed Elementary. I am an attorney and work as Executive Director of Adopt A Family of Marin where we support low-income families in the County with short-term financial assistance. In 2017 I co-founded All In, a Tiburon non-profit and a program of Adopt A Family that supports low-income families in RUSD. For eight years I have volunteered for the Parent Teacher Association and the Foundation for Reed Schools. I am a believer in public education and community mobilization. It would be my extreme privilege to serve as a Trustee and continue as a champion for the community, our children and education.
