Palos Verdes Estates is an unique city and a beautiful paradise. It has taken and will continue to take diligent stewardship, experience, and community engagement to preserve our history, uphold our ordinances, and shape our future. After serving the first term on the Council and engaging our residents to hear their concerns, I will dedicate the next 4 years to working on the following:
- Create solutions to keep PVE financially healthy
- Maintain or Augment service levels - Especially in Safety!
- Refine Neighborhood Compatibility Ordinance and Planning process to alleviate friction between applicants and neighbors and provide fairness and consistency
- Mitigate traffic concerns
- Protect our Parklands and Coastline
- Improve cell coverage and internet services
- Preserve views and neighborhood ambiance
- Engage residents to promote healthy dialogue
- Foster relationships with neighboring cities and school district to build a stronger and safer community
- Develop Community Projects to attract families to move to PVE and strengthen the bonds of residents
Having lived in Palos Verdes Estates since 1990 and graduated from PVPUSD schools, I feel honored to contribute back to our community. With my business background, common sense, and ability to create synergy, I know PVE can move towards an even better future. Please vote for me so I may SERVE the community again.
