My Top 3 Priorities

  • Making sure that affordable housing is available for those who work in our community, our teachers, and our students. Enforce laws against price gouging in our city.
  • Foster better communication between the Public Safety Department and the community while ensuring that our city is safe from natural disasters and crime.
  • With the growth of our city making sure that we have new jobs that pay a living wage to their employees. Raise the standard of living for our workers here.

Experience

Biography

I originally come from the Democratic Republic of Congo and met my husband while he was teaching and I was studying theology in my country a little over 15 years ago. I’m a mother of three children, speak six languages, and work at a French school as a tutor and yard-duty. In 2015 I started a home for street kids in Kinshasa, Congo with my non-profit, Les Enfants Baobab. I've been a homeowner in Rohnert Park for 4 1/2 years. My husband is a 14 year Teamster working at United Parcel Service.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I believe that representation matters on our City Council. We need people who represent workers, young families, immigrants, and people of color on the Council.
