Trust in our judicial system requires competent, fair, and unbiased judges. Throughout my legal career, I have acquired the skills, experience, and insight necessary to be an effective and trustworthy judge.
As a trial attorney, I advocate for diverse parties in both civil and criminal courts. On the bench as a Judge Pro Tem, I bring respect, thoroughness, and impartiality to the courtroom to ensure all parties are heard. As a court-appointed neutral attorney, I provide impartial, open-minded assistance to help reach a fair solution for everyone. I’ve also been a plaintiff in a successful lawsuit to ensure equal pay for women, so I’ve seen what does and doesn’t work about our legal system from both sides.
As a Santa Clara County native, I look forward to using my diverse skills and experience to serve my home community as a judge who will bring integrity to the system and good judgment to every case, no matter the resources of the participants.
