My Top 3 Priorities

  • Public safety is my top priority. We must get our Public Safety numbers to 1,400 in order for the community policing model to be effective and bring down property crime. This also addresses the rampant speeding on our streets.
  • We need comprehensive homelessness policy. This starts with a safe encampment, away from schools, residences and parks for the chronic homeless, most suffering from mental and drug addiction, many of them Veterans.
  • We cannot discuss density or adding more housing without first addressing and strengthening our infrastructure. This includes repaving our roads, lighting dark areas, making sure our parks are clean and libraries are open 7 days a week.
