My Top 3 Priorities

  • We must continue to restore our police department until it reaches its full strength. This includes adding or enahncing daytime patrols. Emphasizing public safety includes: fully staffing/equipping our fire stations and safer streets for pedestrians.
  • We must prioritize building more housing for all - affordable, seniors, homeless, market rate, all types. This cannot wait. We are losing teachers, nurses, and all types of workers to less expensive areas.
  • Infrastructure - improve our roads, fix potholes, clean up the trash along our streets. Keep our libraries open and fully stocked; parks clean and well maintained. Goes to our quality of life.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

Small businesses are a major employer in San Jose. It is important that decisions made at the city council level do not negatively affect a small business owners ability to stay in business. We must encourage jobs, entrepreneurs and small businesses to move her by limited unnecessary government regulations.

Pam believes that the city of San Jose should live within its financial means. She believes that decisions should be made, in part, based on is it financially responsible and fiscally sustainable.

Funding focus should be placed on core services: public safety, roads, infrastructure, parks and libraries, housing.
