To work to ensure Millview is never again in a moratorium, by securing Millview's hard won water rights from continued challenges
To continue to represent Millview as President of the Upper Russian River Water Agency, A JPA established to consolidate the small water districts in the Ukiah Valley.
To continue my representation of the valley water districts on the mandated Sustainable Groundwater Management Act JPA, to formulate a plan to monitor our groundwater to ensure the basin is not overdrafted
