- Improve community disaster preparedness, planning and information as we face the threat of flooding, earthquakes and fires.
- Maintain and improve our infrastructure - sidewalks/ roads and increase pedestrian safety in the downtown without jeopardizing our traditional downtown.
- Manage the budget in a fiscally responsible and transparent manner.
