Experience

Biography

I have been a resident of Santa Clarita since 1972 and received my education here, having graduated from:

-       Arroyo Seco Jr. High School

-       William S Hart High School

-       College Of The Canyons

-       California Institute Of The Arts

I am an active small business owner and published author, who is also known for sponsoring community events.

I have also aided in awareness for the handicapped, and purposefully work with

Companies that hire the handicapped.

As an experienced educator, I’ve taught music lessons on a variety of instruments to all ages since 1987.  My marriage to a high school teacher enhances my passion for excellence in education.

She and I also have been of service to the community.

She was a Rotarian, Volunteer coordinator for the Michael hoefflin foundation,

And on the board of directors for the domestic violence center.  I helped her in that capacity.

I am excited to be a candidate for trustee because I want to continue to be of service in our community.  As a COC alumnus I’m committed to providing a fresh, insightful and balanced perspective.
