My Top 3 Priorities

  • Sparking Bright, Young Minds: our obligation as a state is to help localities provide access to free education from pre-K through college, with robust after-school and STEM learning opportunities, technical career and apprenticeship programs
  • Tapping Regional Water and Energy Solutions: $7 billion water bond investments in drought solutions like groundwater cleanup in the San Fernando Valley and water recycling and neighborhood-level greywater systems (voter pre-approved, Prop 1). Solar
  • Attacking Traffic with Modernized Transportation: $10 billion annual state match to federal, local and private investment in cleaner transportation infrastructure; funded by existing oil and air pollution fees (not a new tax). Promoting new mobility
