I grew up in San Carlos and graduated from San Carlos High School. Early in my career, I worked in advertising and marketing for several Fortune 500 firms, including Miller Brewing and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. I've also worked in local, state, and federal government, including time spent on Capitol Hill and as a Press Secretary at the U.S. Small Business Administration. More recently, I've consulted in strategic communications.
