To become a delegate for District two of Butte County for the Republican Central Committee, in order to strengthen the Republican Party with special emphasis on the creation of a permanent grassroots political organization throughout Butte County.
To help make known the official positions, platforms,and policies of the Republican Party regarding county, state and national issues.
To insure my platforms priorities of Pro-Freedom, Pro-American, Pro-Business, Pro-Legal-Immigrant, Pro-Gun Rights, Pro-Family, Pro-Life, and Pro-GOP platform are maintained in Butte County, California, and our Nation.

Biography for Colleen Waugh
I have been married for 43 years this month.We have two daughters and son-in-laws, and three grandchildren. I have attained a BA degree, a Life Standard Elementary Teaching Credential, an Administrative Services Credential, and a MA in Educational Administration.I retired ten years ago this June, after 35 years in Catholic education, 26 of them as a principal. My husband also is retired.I volunteer at my church, school, and Republican groups.I belong to the CA GOP Party, the NRC, The Chico Republican Women’s, Federated and I am a member of the Butte County Republican Central Committee.I have recently become a CA GOP Delegate. I attended the CA GOP Convention in Anaheim last September and the CA GOP in Burlingame, this May.I just attended the CRP North Region Training held in Chico, on Feb. 27th, 2016.It is my goal to be elected as a Delegate for the County District 2.
