MARIE WALDRON
Businessowner/Assemblymember
I Support:
Our hardworking families and businesses with Job Creation by cutting taxes and burdensome regulations
Expanding our roads and freeway infrastructure to relieve traffic congestion.
Strong Education for career technical job training and success.
Proven Taxfighter: Californians are over taxed: the highest in the nation! I recognize the struggle to make ends meet. I oppose gas taxes and fees that stifle our poor, underserved and middle
class.
I Mean Business: As small businessowner for 24 years, I understand the impact of unfair government regulations and fees. Business growth means success, jobs and employment; a pathway from poverty to independence.
Education dollars should be spent in the classroom to help teachers do their job and students succeed – not on bureaucrats. School choice and competition benefit our students.
Proven Record: As a city councilmember in Escondido for 14 years, I supported a balanced budget, water affordability and protecting individual liberties. Water storage, desalinization and water reclamation are critical for our prosperity as a region. I’ve continued fighting for you as your State Assemblymember.
As a parent, I’m concerned about our childrens’ future and their safety. I stand to protect our traditional family values and our veterans for benefits, housing and healthcare.
Active over 25 years in our community and church, I support many local civic organizations, was a Little League parent and am a member of the YMCA. My husband and I work to create the successful “Cruisin’ Grand” hotrod event in downtown Escondido for the past 19 years

ALAN GERACI
Consumer Attorney/Businessowner/Youth Sports Coach
I am a respected consumer attorney, father, coach, community leader, married with six children and two grandchildren.
I’ve spent my entire career fighting powerful special interests on behalf of everyday citizens and winning to ensure we get a fair deal! I stood up to big banks to protect the homes of 300 families from foreclosure.
He Fights, We Win: (1) I filed a lawsuit to stop Escondido City Council’s privatization of our public library; (2) Filed suit against San Diego County Registrar of Voters to make sure every vote is counted, providing greater election transparency; (3) Fought developers to preserve open space creating the 5,800-acre Mission Trails Regional Park when serving as San Diego Deputy City Attorney; (4) Fought against Fallbrook Utility District’s proposed water rate hikes.
I Strongly Support: (1) Good Paying Jobs / Strong Local Businesses; (2) Quality, Affordable Healthcare for All (SB 562); (3) Fully Funded Public Education (K-College); (4) Sustainable Renewable Energy Grid by 2030; (5) Comprehensive Immigration Reform; (6) Affordable Housing/Homeless Solutions; (7) Traffic Relief / Sprinter Light Rail From Temecula to Mission Valley.
Volunteer Community Service: Save Our Escondido Library; Coach, San Marcos Youth Baseball and Youth Soccer; PTA; Consumer Attorneys of California; Women’s March North County; Citizens Oversight Election Integrity; Temecula Chamber of Commerce.
Endorsed by: Teachers, Nurses, Environmentalists, Women and Neighborhood Leaders.
I'll fight every day at the State Capitol for hard-working families, not the big banks and special interests! With your vote, we can retire a career politician and send a consumer advocate to Sacramento.
I’d be honored to have your vote.
