Profession:Plumbing Contractor - Infrastructure Investigation Specialist
President / CEO, USA JETTING (1995current)

I started a plumbing repair, and drain cleaning service, in January 1995. Have efficiently run it for 21 years, employing 3 full time professionals, providing them with full medical coverage, paid sick days, paid vacation days, and maintained all applicable insurance coverages. Over the years, we have become a highly specialized service provider, focusing on infrastructure investigation, diagnostic, and cleaning of storm water and sewer drainage systems. Our customer base ranges from single family homes, to downtown high rise structures, schools, detention facilities, parks, universities, apartments, airports, shopping centers, restaurants, to name a few. I am a fixer. Find what is not performing to capacity, and provide insight and solutions to real time problems.

Be fair, yet just. Fiscal responsibility, through conservative principals and practices. Listen intently, and be heard as well.

LAKESIDE WATER DISTRICT
Board of Directors – Division No. 4

BROOKS BOULTER
AGE: 60
Insurance Professional/Appointed Incumbent

I am running for the Board of Directors for the Lakeside Water District as I feel my business experience adds value to the Board and I enjoy community service.

I have been a Lakeside resident for 12 years and have participated in various community volunteer activities. In 2014 I was appointed to the Lakeside Water District Board of Directors. I found the district to be a well-run and fiscally prudent organization with the lowest water rates in San Diego County. As a Board member it continues to be my mission to support ongoing refinement of the district’s operations and to maintain our favorable water rates.

I am an insurance professional with an MBA and an Associate Degree in Risk Management. My managerial experience and expertise in managing cases worth millions of dollars makes me well positioned to ensure that your financial interests are well represented.

My priorities for the Lakeside Water District are continued fiscal responsibility, efficient operations, ensuring high water quality, and maintaining low water rates. I would be honored to receive your vote so that I may continue to serve you.

Endorsed by: Senator Joel Anderson, Lakeside Water District Directors Frank Hilliker, Steve Johnson, and Eileen Neumeister.
