I have held many leadership roles over the years. I have served on the National City Chamber of Commerce as President of the Board. I currently serve as one of the nine-member Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee for SUHSD Proposition O, the district’s 644M bonds comprehensive Capital Facilities Financing Plan. I am also one of the seven-member commissioners of the National City Planning Commission who renders determinations and makes recommendations on land use matters. I currently serve as the President/CEO of the National City Public Safety Foundation. 

I am in Real Estate business as a California Licensed Broker with a strong knowledge of the local real estate industry. I have years of experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and business contracts.

DITAS DELOSSANTOS YAMANE

Planning Commissioner / Businesswoman

 

My name is Ditas Delossantos Yamane. I am running for City Treasurer in the City of National City to take an active role in the improvement of our community.

 

I have held many leadership roles over the years. I have served on the National City Chamber of Commerce as President of the Board. I currently serve as one of the nine-member Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee for SUHSD Proposition O, the district’s 644M bonds comprehensive Capital Facilities Financing Plan. I am also one of the seven-member commissioners of the National City Planning Commission who renders determinations and makes recommendations on land use matters. I am currently the President/CEO for the National City Public Safety Foundation.

 

I am in Real Estate business as a California Licensed Broker with a strong knowledge of the local real estate industry. I have years of experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and business contracts.

 

I am excited to help plan for the future growth within the city's limited funding sources. I enjoy community service, as I am helping improve the community where we live, work, and play.
