  • Strengthen Our Sense of Community

Profession:23 year small business owner with a cobbler and boot-making workshop on Main Street.
Bootmaker, Self-employed (1994–current)
Director and active member since 1994, Sebastopol Downtown Association — Elected position (1994–current)

Community Activities

Community Advocate, Various Organizations (1994–current)

In 2009, my expertise as a bootmaker was recognized by Ford's Theater in Washington DC when I was invited to personally examine the boots worn by Abraham Lincoln on the night that he was assassinated. Through my subsequent historical research and re-making of Lincoln's boots, I was inspired to get involved with politics.
