My Top 3 Priorities

  • MOFD has a $65 million unfunded pension/medical liability. The board must manage future pension fund returns and limit obligations
  • 50% of North Orinda is in a severe fire hazard zone. We need to map fire and medical hot spots to improve prevention and asset deployment
  • Substandard response times in Sleepy Hollow and El Toyonal. We should reduce response times using technology and data
