My Top 3 Priorities

  • Public Safety. Having a safe community is my top priority, and seek to expand our police force. I'm proud to be endorsed by the Martinez Police Officers Association.
  • Better roads are Martinez' second need. We have over 125 miles of roads in a city of approximately 17 square miles. We have a system of arterials that are uniquely heavily travelled, and we spend what we can given our budget. Yes on D!
  • Open Space. I have helped establish over 900 acres of open space in Martinez, and voted against the latest proposal to develop the Alhambra Hills.

Community Activities

Meals on Wheels, Kiwanis (1988–current)

Martinez is my hometown, and have always sought to help in its evolution. From helping to rebuild the high school and junior high, to seeing properties inhabited by new and excited residents of Martinez via my real estate profession, I've seen through my business experience the bright future Martinez has.

Political Philosophy

I want Martinez to be a complete community, with good infrastructure, patrolled by excellent police, and served by quality water and clean air.
